Team Colored Doorman

Adds team-based colors to Doorman's suit. Friendly players are red, enemy players are blue.

Compatible with some model swap mods eg. Dragon Doorman, Baroness After Dark (with extra features!).

Due to limitations, the red coloration is not 1-to-1 with default, sorry.

The shop and hero select screen also show using enemy team colors. This is a game issue and not something I can fix.
