Ports Garchomp and his "Tuxedo Style Holowear" from unite onto magician! Not because it makes any sense from a playstyle perspective, but because Garchomp is cool and I like Sinclair.
Includes: Custom icons for abilities and top bar, "dusty" colored abilities, and custom models for rabbit and assisstant!
I didn't really know what to do for a wand, not perfectly happy with it. Tried to make a sort of "tornado/sandstorm" hovering over his... claws. Though I will take any suggestions for a wand replacement if anybody's got a smart idea. Along with that, I barely tampered with the finish MVP and splashes, because I absolutely hate doing map changes. (God don't make me please...)
