So while porting Billy's model to SFM I had the idea to make a furred arms skin for him. It turned out pretty well so why not share it as a mod?
Feel free to use it to make new Billy skins, though credit would be appreciated if you post it. The replaced files are the arms and body texture, so mods altering anything else (like the head or patches) can simple be used alongside this one.
