Another Effect Mod. This time Pikachu gets the spotlight.
Tried to make it as accurate as possible since it was tricky.
You will notice some blue effects, those are not found in the eff files (Most notably in his final smash). I may update replacing those in the future, but for now that's as perfect as in can get!
