What if Billy wore a kilt?

I'm Scottish, and I love Billy (also alot of punk culture comes from Scotland), so this was only natural.

The tartan is from clan Buchan, named after one of the leads from the Scottish punk band 'The Exploited' who, for all intents and purpose, are posers, like Billy himself.
