DEADLOCK

Shiv with a new look and updated appearance. 

Wanted to give Shiv a better outfit while also updating his textures and weighting. 

New hair and accessories, new torso, tweaked facial features slightly, updated face and arms to not be harshly pink, re-textured gloves, fixed weighting issues in his base pants, added 3d eyebrows and eyelashes to match stylization of newer heroes, cured his jaundice. 

This is my first time texture painting so please go easy on me if things looks off.
